Not sure how many of you know about this site (https://customers.omniture.com/), but its a very valuable and useful site that should be bookmarked. For starters, there is an engineering services tab within the left hand navigation that shows some of the available VISTA rules that can be purchased through Omniture to improve/add additional functionality to your current implementation.Things like Geo-commerce reporting, time parting, and more solutions are housed here. These are very helpful in seeing/knowing more about the end users that browses your site and also removes any IT dependencies (as Omniture Engineering handles all the heavy lifting on their end). However, the thing that really caught my eye was the system health tab. Below is a screen shot of what it looks like:This useful report shows you the release schedule and known issues for each Omniture product as well as any issues the product might be undergoing currently (or previously). Now instead of guessing that things are done, you can check there first prior to bugging ClientCare or speculating that they are down.

Limited based upon correlations and subrelations allocation mapping

Fallout reporting is limited to seven pages or checkpoints

Snapshot percentage

Can only create 5 key segments via ASI slots (any extra cost additional dollars)

Omniture Discover:

More concise analysis through segmentation and n-dimensional drill downs

More successful action data. Now that action is based on more informed data, you will have better results

Leverage targeted marketing based on user segments which can lead to increased ROI.

Unlimited micro segmentation

Unlimited fallout checkpoints

Unlimited nodes attached to the checkpoints

More of a view (spark line) into daily conversion over time

Site analysis – multi dimensional view into site (pages, orders and any other KPI captured)

Rapid/ad-hoc assessment of traffic quality

Side by side comparisons

Insight into complex data patterns on the fly
